About Dr Lusawana
Dr Ongi Lusawana is a kind and compassionate trauma surgeon trained at Walter Sisulu University (MBChB) and the University of the Free State (Masters in Surgery), where she also completed her Fellowship in Surgery at FCS(SA).
With over a decade of hands-on clinical experience, she approaches each patient with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to understanding and alleviating suffering. Her practice is grounded in patient-centered care, medical excellence, and trustworthy professional support.
